Step 1 – Discovery & Consultation

Every White Peony project begins with a 90-minute Design Consultation. This session is the essential first step in our process, allowing Kimberly to walk through your space—virtually or in person—to understand the scope and soul of your project deeply.

Rather than "designing on the spot," this time is dedicated to exploring your vision, identifying your functional needs, and ensuring our approach aligns with your goals. Following this meeting, Kimberly will develop a tailored proposal that outlines the most effective way for us to work together to bring your project to life. This session is about creating a clear path forward, providing the professional clarity needed to transition from an idea to a sophisticated, well-managed reality.

Step 2 – Design Planning

Once the custom proposal is approved, we move into a thorough planning phase that bridges the gap between a creative vision and a buildable reality. This stage is intentionally detailed, allowing us to conduct essential pre-feasibility studies, coordinate with trusted trades, and navigate necessary permit requirements.
